I need an estimate - how can I send you the files?

You can send project files to us via Fax, e-mail, post mail, or stop by our office in Seattle, WA. One of our translation Project Managers will be happy to assist you.

1) How do you determine the cost for a translation?

Initially, our quotes are based on the word count of a project. However, each project is unique, with specific needs and levels of complexity, and often a project involves more than just translating (e.g., independent reviews and graphic design), so different service charges may apply. Learn morearrow

What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks for individual and corporate clients; we also accept purchase orders for corporate clients.

Individuals are required to pay a deposit prior to beginning the work. Additionally, if it's your first time using our services, we need to first approve payment: you can either send us a check or provide credit card information. Your check or credit card will not be processed until all translation services are completed.

In what format do you deliver translations?

For most translation projects, we provide designed digital files in their native format (e.g., Microsoft® Word, Adobe® InDesign, etc.) as well as a final PDF files. (Note that some fonts cannot be distributed.) For our notary clients we provide hard copy translated documents.

Can you provide RUSH services?

If you need your translation sooner than we estimated, we provide Rush rates for turnaround as quick as Same Day for most documents and languages, dependent on word count. We take into account the total word count, services selected and the language requested and reduce the time frame as mush as possible without sacrificing quality. For specific pricing, please contact your Dynamic Project Manager.

Can you explain your Notary service?

At Dynamic, some of our in-house staff are certified as Notaries Public. As many official documents require notarization (birth certificate, marriage certificate, legal documents, government documents, etc.), we are able to provide notarized translated documents for use in court or other legal arenas.

Can I do the translation and have your company notarize it?

Yes, we can notarize client-produced translations —however, the translated item must first go through our Independent Review service to verify the translation is accurate and meets our standards.
